this is my personal experience from driving my V3 first time last Saturday. The included 12mm hexes are just garbage the plastic is really thin and they made them even thinner/less material adding a grove for the "o" ring that holds the pin. I had tighten my wheel nuts and still stripped the plastic hexes. So, I just went and got the Exotek titanium 12mm hex conversion. Anybody had issues stripping the 12mm plastic hexes?
I think someone else mentioned how they had issues with the hexes wearing out. Maybe they should have just made some alloy ones and called it good from the get go.
