You can use a high voltage servo on 6.0 volts, you just wouldn't be fully utilizing the servos capabilities. I've seen the Hitec 7955 recommended for regular voltage, the specs look really good on it. Personally...I use a SCT pro esc with a Castle BEC set on 8.0 volts and Savox 1267 servo. I really like it.
