well.... this is a new area of the forum for me.
I've been looking to runa second class for a while, so I've just purchased a CRC 3.1R for under £50.
Thing is I've never driven a 12th scale before.... oh well, nothing like jumping in the deep end!
I've got some battery packs I'm gonna convert to 4 cells, so it should be a lot of fun... looking forward to it now.

Guess I'll be in and out of here on a regular basis, gonna need lots of help to get this one up and running, having been a die-hard TC racer for so long.

Any tips from the off i should be looking at? I think my main Q would be regarding servos, whats a decent one, that won't cost the earth (err and will fit )?

Also regarding reciver packs, any specific thigns i shold be looking for? and do I deffiently need to run one? (I'll be using an LRP v7.1 for the mean time... yes it's big, but still a bloody good speedo!)
