Esc comes with 12 gauge wires. A pic of the connections would help to diagnose. A bad solder joint is easy to get and can be caused by many things. Wattage of soldering iron, iron temp, proper tinning, correct solder, flux all need to be considered. I really enjoy soldering but took time to get really good at it.
so is the solding of the motor can couse it to get hot and if it's not good soldier job just come off too I didn't know that it looks like the ten just broke off the gun is only 30 amp
