I remember this user name now... the guy kept bugging / low-balling me until I finally gave in (charger I posted up) , then I find out I had to ship to Canada after the sale was done, which of course cost me even more. I would have been better off donating the item to a local racer. But that I suppose is my fault for giving in. Some people will just work any and every angle they can to suite themselves
. You got the opposite of what was advertised. I think I would take it up with Paypal... I doubt he will like having his account frozen by them. You have up to 180 days to file I believe?
Get a screenshot of his original FS thread. I think the mods can provide original postings as well even if they were edited / removed. You were told you were buying NEW. You should have received it as such.
