you convert the 1.8 and 2.0 to "standard" and use piano wire. We have it available at most every hardware store.
1.8 would be .059
2.0 would be .078
I got mine off eBay.
Careful with the 2mm roll bar, as I don't think you can use the standard ball ends, the wire won't fit inside the ball.
