A quick tip i just learned to get the A-arms friction free every time in the suspension brackets. i was pulling my hair out every week on my front left arm in particular when mounting it to the suspension brackets. I thought the friction was due to insufficient side play, but it seems that the friction is from the the front suspension bracket and the split blocks getting squeezed together when tightening the screws down. After an hour of different torquing combinations and changing out the pivot balls inside the brackets, i just slightly pulled one block away from the other and now the friction is gone. this might not be new news to many but i figure i'm not the only person with this issue and looking for solution. I could probably use the search engine too lol...
