DO NOT connect this to the battery or the power leads going to the ESC. It must be wired on the OUTPUT side of the ESC's regulator. An unused slot on the receiver is the best place.

This capacitor is to supply short spikes of current, drawn by the servo, that exceed the current limit of the ESC's regulator. Wiring it on the input side of the regulator won't let it do that.
