But i need to apologize due my confusion on text.
In first question was to know if i can remove the right side bulkhead (B7-302R) of 2013, since 2014 and 2015 has no longer both side with screw attached on main shaft.
About second question is used to join 1st question since the answer is "YES", in fact i suspected 2014 shaft is longer than 2013 and i want to put 2014 shaft on 2013 car with (B7-302R) removed.
Honestly i didn't buy yet parts to build a BD7 2013 car, i am just still thinking the project, since my 2016 "BIG" race calendar has not announced yet that would run on any asphalt track.
Since i just want put my 2015 car in carpet "BIG" events.

Simple answer is no I would not use a 14 shaft on a 13 mount, and remove the right bulkhead... the 14 shaft uses a much larger screw and support mount to support the extra load, also the pulley bearings on the 14 are different as well.
