Speaking of motor rules, I think there should be a motor rule for the smaller indoor tracks and a motor rule for the larger outdoor tracks. I think this would balance everything out.
For example;
Indoor,
Mini-21.5
GT3-25.5
GT2-21.5
GT1-17.5 or lower
F1-25.5
Outdoor,
Mini-21.5
GT3-21.5
GT2-17.5
GT1-13.5
F1-21.5
I think this would end would be the fairest for all.
