All I see is an engine with a normal long stroke (16.22x16.8), a center positioned carb, a normal 14.5x26x6 main bearing and (sadly) a 7x19x5 main bearing. Basically how the Flash was designed.
Other sleeve, crankcase and crank I do not see. Maybe it is that I do see it different because the performance of an engine is made by timings and materials and not by partnumbers. Maybe it is also because I have seen many same model Novarossi engines with all different timings.
