I have about 8 nanotech and each and everyone one of them has some slight puff to them. Some more than others, but they are all puffed. I think the straw that broke the camels back for me and the nanotechs was the last two shorty packs I bought. Both of them have issues. I can't push the plugs all the way into the tubes or my charger thinks one of the cells are dead. If I pull the plug slightly out of the tube it reads it fine. And that was on TWO packs. Bought at the same time. On two different chargers.....

I'm just over it. I don't abuse my packs. I race 2wd and 4wd 10th scale mod buggies. So it's not like I am putting a ton of strain on my packs. I think I touch full throttle maybe once per lap on the straight and thats about it. Most of the time Im at half to 3/4 throttle. I make a conscious effort to balance and then storage charge my packs after every race night. They are never balance charged for more than 1 day.

Ordered two SMC packs to try out and aside from the super tight tubes, they seem to be pretty good.. Just ran them for the first time last night, so some more testing is in order. Given these are only a few bucks more than the Nano's, I have zero issue with giving SMC my money. Thus far anyways.
