If you find the axles are loose and falling out of the out drives from the TA03 diff (on your mini or larger cars) you can put an o-ring in the out drive to take up the slack space. For some reason, the TA03 diff allows a little extra play.

If the driveshafts are still too short, then you're on your own. Tamiya makes one size of drive axles for m-chassis cars as far as I know. There are a few lengths when you get up into the touring scale stuff, but when doing a basic conversion as you appear to be, the items listed should work. If you order the extra wide arms (TL01-L or B or somethings?) I have no clue.

Just to be clear, the ta03 diff is for a std M03 build, the arms are for a M03 rwd conversion I've done. I'll post pics of it at the weekend when I'm home.
