I had my second outing with the Pro 5 at the weekend and I have to say that I am really enjoying this car. I feel I have a good base setup for carpet that is easy to drive and seems to work on different track layouts. I was testing springs at the weekend and went from Yokomo Blues all round to HPI Silvers all round and ended up staying on the Silvers which surprised me as Yokomo always seemed to be the go to spring on carpet. But other than that I did not change my car all day.
The car seems very robust in my opinion - yes I have broken two C-hubs but I have to say that was in crashes when I thought a lot more would have been in pieces!!
I have just ordered the wider chassis to build up a second car as a lower grip car... so that is my Christmas break sorted building that up.
