To solve 1, would heavier center shock oil help? Seems so weird to do to solve this; maybe stronger center spring and sauce the front less.

To solve 2, no idea, meaybe softer side springs (damper oil is already on the soft side).

Softer side spring will help.

I would post your setup. Tires and everything. This will give us a good idea of what changes you should make.
