About to get back into the hobby after 20years and don't want to buy now with a newer version in the pipeline. Loving the look and engineering from Kyosho. I like the rear motor option if needed, local track is lose dirt.
I'm a long standing Tamiya fan but their tech is outdated but their quality is great, seems Yokomo and Kyosho have the same quality now days...
I doubt we will see an updated RB6 for 2016, I would imagine they are working on maybe their next generation of car? They have "upgrades" like the lightweight chassis and other stuff that I just cant see them including in the actual kit itself. I also doubt a new generation of car will come out in 2016, so buying an RB6 is a pretty safe bet
