We don't know what degree Jared is referring to in his image, he could be talking about the degree of change (delta) from what he has learned, but let me try and clear up any confusion.
From what I understand (based on my own measurements, so I could be wrong) no shims under the rear sus block equals 2* of anti-squat, which is the most anti-squat you can get without adding shims under the front sus mount.
As you add shims under the rear sus block, you're taking away anti-squat (leveling out the arms). Each shim (0.5mm) equals roughly 0.75*, so 1mm equals 1.5*.
That means thick (1mm) shim under the rear sus block would bring the total anti-squat to 0.5*, and the thin (0.5mm) shim would bring the total to 1.25* of anti-squat.
