It would be interesting to compare the weight of your ESC/RX combo to separate ESC and RX. It's possible the combo one is heavier depending how it is built. Also the body may be light weight but if the paint is too thick and it's full of stickers it can get pretty heavy. My X12 2015 was a tad heavy but not by that much. Also running big tires adds a fair amount of weight. My cars are quite a bit heavier running on asphalt than on carpet due to the bigger tires I run on asphalt. It's not so bad being over the minimum weight..sometimes it helps.
