Which belt are you using (white or black)? What notch do you have the diff eccentric in?
Personally I run the white belts with the rear diff 1 notch off of center so that it's looser. This seems to be a good setting to keep the rear belt loose without skipping when using the white ones. I'm not sure how loose you can run the rear belt on other cars, but to me this seems good on the T4.
