Rear shocks front mounted.

No extra weight in the rear.

Put some weight up front.

Lengthen wheelbase.

Remove as much ackerman as possible.

Less rear toe in maybe 2.5.

1 degree or maybe slightly more front toe out..

Many things you can try but I'd do one at a time.

This car has more steering than any other 1/10th buggy I've ran so it can get to where you want it, just need to mess with the chassis settings a bit.
