The two times I've seen you use it, it looks to mean goof or doofus. I'm genuinely interested, dink is kinda fun to say.
The term "dink" as I use it, and it's referred to in the mid-west. It's the polite way of saying "DICK". You know what it means if someone says "you're being a dick"......?
