I think you can bend the spr02 if you don't set the upstop correctly. Never heard of the spr03 bending. I believe you can bend the spr02 back as a temporary fix.

I've got some spare spr02's if you need them in a hurry.
I had some spare so sorted just as I bought a 2nd handy having a tough time completing a race so I have torn it down completely and it was a train wreck. (Ex carpet car from crux888) Hoping I got most of it done now, then it's a case of upgrade to Evo 2 spec I guess)
