You can't use the xray diff rings on the pro one hub, but theoretically (if the axle is the same diameter as a normal IRS axle) you can use the thin xray diff rings on the axle and then a normal diff ring on the pro one hub. This sounds super complicated, though, and also requires carrying two types of diff rings as spares, so I would just recommend using an IRS axle.
