I have been through this thing like crazy and can not see any thing rubbing any where.
Jeff, recommend checking your end points with the truggy on the ground. It might be turning too far and the wheel is hitting the arm or steering turnbuckle. Also saw this recently when the ackerman plate was loose on the bell crank.
