Making people constantly switch motors is a class killer. We only just weaned the last few guys off of silver can.
And in Europe they are letting guys run 1S 13.5
Also there are not any ROAR approved 25.5 motors so you will have a WYE/Delta issue at the very least
Yeah, let's divide and kill this class so novice guys can "race" a two wheel drive car.
how about gyro's let's do that too, that would make is easier to drive.
Apparently the powers that be feel 21.5 is too much motor for the average racer to handle in an F1 car and that has discouraged that average racer from participating.
I know the intention is good and those same powers that be absolutely love F1 cars and really want the class to grow.
It looks as though it has a good chance to do just that with TQ Raceway and Tamiya's TCS races already agreeing to make the change.
Looks like we'll have to see how that works out.
Personally I'd like to see 200mm F1 cars on foams with unlimited motors, choose wisely Grasshopper.
