Good catch. I believe you are correct. It shortens the wheelbase and lightens the weight of the car (amongst other things).
I didn't want anyone to order it thinking it was an actual complete kit.
I have seen these all over eBay and it isn't clear on exactly what a buyer will receive. If this is only the 3Racing FRP (fiberglass) chassis kit then it's available from several vendors at various prices.
