from what i gathered so far, clamping wheel hexes on the back #71014, kyosho gold springs front #xgs024 rear #xgs034. that seems about it. theres some talk of aluminum or brass parts for the truck but i think that depends more on what surface you are racing and your driving taste. if running stock everyone is pretty much going to the 3 gear trans.
