Hi guys.
I got some quick update on bi-metall set. Yesterday it was running on Revelation and it perform realy well. Ron got second place right after Darin Ishitany ( Mugen team driver and one of the best driver in USA). Ron lost 5 second in 71 laps. The list of the racers in A-main can be seen on
www.revrace.com go to resuts, yeysterday race.
I have no detailed info yet, but fact is that metalls didn't not separated and this was biggest fear.
I need to see piston and sleeve then I can say how realy engine was working. I am sure there will be some good future for bi0metall set ups-the difference in expention rates giving as some advantages specialy in transition from acceleration to top speed, but it is long way to go-needs more testing with different tapers and piston materials to achive the best of this combination.
Congratulation Tommy for good results!!!
Congratulation Todd Bathh (TX) taking 2nd place on their state series.
Thanks a lot everybody for realy good work and support.
Edward
