I think maybe I'll just toss the x5 as is into whichever buggy I end up building this winter. I've got the truggy bases covered and the x5 race seems perfect for a buggy as it sits.
So that leaves me with 15009 vs 15007t... how big of a difference would it make if I put it in my p5xlt? With the timing differences would it be more like an Elite 5 maybe?
both those cranks are very close to same intake timings , 15009 is cast and not finished on the intake opening , 15007t is precision ground on the intake timings
i personally feel there is too much overall in the p5 block and 15007t crank causing some odd tuning characteristics and lack of bottom and top if not tuned to compensate for the way the fuel is fed
