yes I have seen one, Its basically the collari turbo with 2 more ports. Larrys Performance RC in Utica Michigan has them on the shelf.
A friend of mine got 1 of the ofna 7 ports form larrys for his ntc3 but as far as how it ran i was not impressed with it but he has no clue on tunning either
