I see that TRF102 looks very different from the F104V2, as it has T-Bar and side dampening system like th older F104X1.
Then, no Pillow Ball Link Rear as the F104v2 was..

T plates have a more progressive rate than a link/spring setup. It may be better for rubber tire which is much heavier than a foam tire.
