I'm from New Zealand, i run the 17.5 short stack version in my losi 22-4 and 22 2.0. our races are 6 minutes + final lap, i run it around the same gear ratio and timing in both ( around a 5.5 FDR and 58 motor timing). I do run a fan with it as it does get hot, but have been running this set up for about 6 months now with no issues.
