Yeah other than that its pretty hard to screw up. You'll know when the collet is seated properly and grabbing onto the inner race then you just back it out. Even a dummy like me figured it out without the instructions
Also, sometimes I like to hit the block with a heat gun for a few seconds first... usually they glide right out with very little force if you do so.
