What you are showing is known as bump steer. Those lower suspension balls are not causing bump steer. I can assure you that 100%. Bump steer happens when the upper arm pivots and the steering linkage are on 2 different pivot angles. You can eliminate bump steer by changing the angle of the linkage on the steering turnbuckles by adding or removing shims. This happens on real cars as well as RC cars. Here is a picture to explain bump steer.
