They are both part #8668 but the Tesla has MF (Max Fantini) behind the part number, and the piston is a different part number. The crank is different too.
The Tesla is hand modified after the parts leave the factory so until we time the motor we wont know what is different. The Sturm/N12T1 is already quite highly timed on the sleeve ports, The Sturm's crank is quite conservatively timed, quite possibly the case too.
The Tesla's performance has been excellent and it sounds mean too
It got a lot of work on crankcase too, although it based on cheap engine
