In the near 30 years I've lived here only 3 purpose built on-road tracks have ever opened out here (Other than some private drifting clubs). 1 indoor carpet lasted less than a year...1 indoor concrete which lasted less than a year...and Race World Hawaii which was fortunately open for several years. Its just too expensive out here to run a track indoor or outdoor.
