I just bought myself a new 3000HV and like to get it ready to race this weekend but..I'm not sure what should I do to have it up to the max power then?? here is the # on it..

any how..I have Turbo 35BL and wondering if i should cycle it like 3 times at 6Amp charge and 30 amp discharge (off roade mode)?? Will this help ?? I like to keep this pack to the max performance for my stock...and for a long time!
