I've used both SP Pro V3.1 and SP Stock Club for my local track.
FDR for 13.5T Blinky is 3.8 and 13.5T Boosted is at 5.8. I guess different track layout need different FDR setting.
Motor can timing and Boost on ESC add up to each other.
Anyway, advice that I got before was not to exceed 60 degrees on both motor can timing and boost applied and added up together. Don't know how much of it is true but i stick to it and so far no smoking motors...yet.
