Assuming that you mean the steering won't stay centered:

Step 1- Make sure that the steering is free by disconnecting the link to the servo.

Step 2- Most people replace the kit servo saver with an aftermarket one. The problem with the kit one is actually that the "cap" that holds it all together is slightly too short, so that when you tighten the screw it pinches all the parts together. Then if you bump a wall, the output part of the servo saver moves a little and doesn't spring back to center. A simple fix to this is to put the screw through the "cap", then put a 0.020" thick motor shim on the screw between the cap and the rest of the servo saver. This removes the "pinch" and allows the servo saver's springs to work properly.
