You mean the needle position? For race the LSN is very similar maybe a couple of hours leaner but not more than that. Main needle maybe 3 more hours, but all this depends on the type of track traction available etc. The engine needs to rev nice and crispy and always smoking. If the performance decreses after a few laps it means is too lean.
For break in, LSN you don't move it, only the HSN. In this case will be from half to 1 full turn. You need to make sure the engine is extremely rich so you have the proper lubrication under this process.
Also a lot depends of the fuels. Some have more or less oil content so the tuning changes a little bit
