Default NEED advice on picking a Hitec servo

Hey i'm trying to pick the right Hitec servo for a Proline PRO2 Buggy. Not interested in any other brands for this rig, so please only post up if you have Hitec advice.

I'm looking at four models.

1- Waterproof/Digital/High Voltage - 5646WP
2- Economical/High Voltage/Digital - 5565
3- High Voltage/Digital/Metal Gear - 5685
4- Metal Gear/Digital - 5645

They all seem to have plenty of torque & speed, (looking for roughly 150 oz/in. torque, and quicker than .20 transit speed)

Hitec lists several of them on the site as rated for 2S, but this rig will have a 3S batt. Any potential problems?

Thanks!
