No Start
Just my opinion but i would not pull the nipple....I dont think you can "see" any fuel in the carb.....You might try a short piece of fuel line into a container of fuel to see if it will pull fuel that way....I have had gassers that i had to prime with fuel a few time before they got fuel to the carb.... Some of them just seem lazy that way????????
