Arent the hubs the same as F104? In this case any F1 rubber wheels will fit.
The problem is, the offsets are all wrong, and the F1 tire diameter is different. If the F103 uses the same mounting, they might be a big closer, but will probably still be off. I'm sure someone has tried it by now.
