I have reduced the brakes to about 80%, and will continue to reduce them. It seemed though that the VBC, Xray and Serpent cars would bite better into the corner and they were able to 'throw' the car at a corner at a much higher speed than my post braking amble.
They have found something with the tyres, setup, weight distribution that I am missing.!
I will continue to play around and see what I can figure out.
I have the Tamiya F104 front end to fit, not saying this will resolve the problems, or even make the car any better but it does appear much easier to work on and make changes!
The Speed passion front end is arguably the most authentic looking but also probably the most over complicated with the intermediate plate and mounting system.
