I am looking for an odd transmitter I believe. I want to control a boat that has a boat load of gadgets. I am using a Fly Sky iT4 transmitter now. It works so so, but a pain by times. I have 4 servos for gadgetry, rudder and throttle. I plan to add more duedads in time. Do you guy’s know of any radio with joy stick control for the steering and throttle? Telemetry and reverse is a must also, and a lot of switches. Everything that comes close is for aviation. What do you think?? Thanks
Nothing wrong with using a Air transmitter.. Back in the days with crystals, it kind of was, but now with the DSM, FASST, and what ever else they call their digital frequency hopping locked spread shananagans, you really don't have to worry about it as much. Unless you start to interfere with Jumbo Jets and Air Traffic Control systems

( doubt it though).
You will just need to make sure the RX is the same type as your transmitter ( air to air, marine to marine) and the voltage for it is ok. I think a majority of the receivers out there are good up to 9.6V now so running a 2s Lipo straight up will be ok as long as your servos can handle it... Good luck.
