I have a Tamiya M05 which I recently upgraded some parts on.
After I finished putting the parts on (TRF Dampers, front uprights, steering turnbuckle) the steering wouldn't return to centre then while troubleshooting that problem, the ESC stopped working and just beeps with a red light flashing.

I tried cycling through the settings but its still doing it. I charged the battery (2s LiPo) and transmitter, and tried a second receiver, but its still doing the beep flash thing.

Both receivers work in a second car so I don't think the controller/receiver are the problem.

Can someone tell me how I troubleshoot an ESC to determine if its at fault? I don't have a spare.
