Malaysian National Championship (MNC) EP 2015

Track Venue - Mutiara Rini, Johor Bahru
Date - 7 Jun 2015 (Ahad)
Time - 9.00am
RACE CATEGORIES:
1. Touring Car - Modified (10.5t and below)
2. Touring Car - SuperStock (13.5t boosted)
3. Touring Car - Stock (13.5T non-boosted)
4. Mini 2WD (13.5t non-boosted)
RACE FORMAT:
- 3 Heats (5 minutes each) for all categories
- 3 Finals for A Main, 2 Finals for B Main and 1 Final for other Mains
CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS:
Top 20 drivers (A Main dan B Main) qualify for championship points in the following order (22,20,18,17,16,15,14,13,12,11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2, 1).
TQ will earn an additional 1 bonus point.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Touring Car - Modified
Motor - 10.5 turn and below (open to all brands - must be ROAR/IFMAR/EFRA/JMRCA approved)
Motor timing - no restriction
Esc - Open
Tires/Rims/Insert - Controlled Tires (Panaracer 36 GX preglued). 2 sets (1 additional set for A-Main)
Bodyshell - IFMAR rules apply
Min Weight: 1380gm (with transponder)
Drivers - Pro / Sponsored / subsidised drivers and regular racers
Touring Car - SuperStock
Motor - 13.5 turn (open to all brands - must be ROAR/IFMAR/EFRA/JMRCA approved) - 3300kv or 2.0 amp draw
Motor timing - no restriction
Esc - Open (timing and turbo functions ALLOWED)
Tires/Rims/Inserts - Controlled Tires (Panaracer 36 GX preglued). 2 sets only.
Bodyshell - IFMAR rules apply
Min Weight: 1380gm (with transponder)
Drivers - Regular racers
Motor KV and amp draw (SuperStock class) will be checked by RCAC officials prior to the Heats.
Please ensure that the motor is marked or you will be prohibited from racing or be disqualified.
Touring Car - Stock
Motor - Controlled motor only (13.5t)
Motor timing - no restriction but must use OE timing board.
Esc - Controlled esc only
Tires/Rims/Insert - Controlled Tires (Panaracer 36 GX preglued). 2 sets only
Bodyshell - compliance with IFMAR rules encouraged
Min Weight: 1380gm (with transponder)
Drivers - First time racers, newbies and beginners
Mini 2WD
Motor - Controlled motor only (13.5t)
Motor timing - no restriction but must use OE timing board.
Esc - Controlled esc only
Tires and Inserts - Controlled Tires (DS Racing 36/34 Mini Tires). 2 sets (1 additional set for A Main)
Chassis - Only injection molded chassis is allowed (e.g. TAMIYA (M03, M05, M06) / HPI (Switch) / ABC (Gambado)
Drivetrain - 2WD either front or rear (according to chassis make).
Bodyshell - High Roof (Wing that comes with the bodyshell is allowed)
Min Weight - 1250g (with transponder)
FDR - 5.80 (max) (Cars will be checked during qualifying heats and finals)
Drivers - all interested drivers
RACING FEE:
Touring Car - RM150 (inclusive of lunch, drinks and 1 set of controlled tires).
Mini 2WD - RM130 (inclusive of lunch, drinks and 1 set of controlled tires).
Discount RM20 for participants in 2 categories
