Search HK for "USB X-Car" and you will see the programmer. The Windows installer (it's Hobbywing) is under the files tab.
You can just plug it in and use it, but I prefer the latest firmware. There does seem to be a bug with the latest firmware related to brake delay. To overcome this, use the USB programmer to set the reverse to 100% and then disable reverse (forward, brake only).
I will check on the default settings tonight.
