I don't own a ET48. I noticed that the front hub uses 14x8x4mm bearings. How do they hold up the load ?

I use 14x8x4mm bearings on my 1/8 buggy and they are weak. I would have prefered 16x8x5 everywhere !
I think any bearing as narrow as 4mm won't hold the abuse ...
