If you go to Serpent.com, select the Be 2.1 car (or Nitro 2.2) and look under downloads, there is an update manual for the Be 2.1. It shows part numbers and instructions for the rear hubs.
These all look like existing parts. However, my 1st ebug was the 2.0 so I had to purchase about $60 worth of parts. Not bad for a Ebug I've had for 2 years to get updated to the latest version.
